Culture drives the employee experience, employees drive the customer experience and the customer experience drives sales and profit. In a negative or weak culture, people generally do just enough to get by. You see more blaming others, criticism, excuses and hear comments like “It’s not my job.” Lack of accountability hurts business. We should be able to say “This is not the way we do it here!!!”

i want to say i concur with you because in my experience, i have seen many booming businesses decline and others collapse due to failure to build a strong culture. once the culture is in place and it is all embracing, employees tend to focus and direct all the actions and efforts towards the attainment of a common goal.
More and more will be shared on this theme as we go along
